Bake at 350F for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden and set. 1 can cream-style corn, 1 can whole kernel corn, 2 eggs, 1 cup sour cream, 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix, 1/2 cup butter. Add the bacon, green onions, cheese and red pepper to the bowl. Pour into baking dish and bake for 45 minutes, or until golden. Place the butter, eggs, cornbread mix, corn kernels, creamed corn and sour cream in a large bowl. In a large bowl, mix together corn, creamed corn, muffin mix, sour cream, and melted butter. Pour the cornbread casserole mixture into a greased baking dish (8 by 8 inch or 9 by 13 inch for double the ingredients). Finally, pour mixture into a greased 9X13X2 baking dish. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream corn, whole kernel corn, eggs, sour cream, muffin mix, and melted butter. Coat a 9 inch square pan or 2 quart baking dish with cooking spray. Add canned whole kernel corn, canned creamed corn, Jiffy corn muffin mix, melted butter, and egg to a large bowl. Add melted butter or margarine and stir until mixed well. Bake 55 minutes, or until golden brown and set. In a large bowl, combine the corn, Jiffy, sour cream and butter with a wooden spoon. To make cheesy cornbread just add in cup to a cup of cheddar cheese while mixing all the ingredients. Make sure to follow the instructions below for making this moist corn bread with sour cream You do not want to follow the directions on the Jiffy Cornbread Mix box. There is a perfect flavor when you use Jiffy brand muffin mix. Next, in a large bowl combine 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix, 1 cup sour cream, 1 can of sweet creamed corn, 1 can of drained whole kernel corn. Grease a 9- by 9-inch baking pan or a 2 quart casserole dish. Just bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. I have heard this cornbread casserole recipe called corn pudding but I never really understood it, some people also call it Jiffy Cornbread Casserole, which I 100% understand because I always use Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix in my recipe.
